We start with fragrant and tender premium Basmati rice, infused with fresh lime and cilantro, then add a delicious smorgasbord of Mexican flavors including black beans, whole kernel corn, sautéed onions, all cooked in Mel’s own Mexican spice mixture and topped off with a bit of Mexican cheese blend….SO GOOD!

Basmati rice in its whole grain-form can fit into any healthy eating plan. It is said that Basmati rice is lower in calories compared to regular long-grain rice. It has a lower glycemic index making it a better choice when you are trying to get rid of bely fat or maintain a healthy weight!
